The "manifest" setting:

If enabled, automatically create files "manifest" and "manifest.uuid"
in every checkout.

Optionally use combinations of characters 'r' for "manifest",
'u' for "manifest.uuid" and 't' for "manifest.tags".  The SQLite
and Fossil repositories both require manifests.
